30-day return window

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact the supplier directly to initiate a return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, with incorrect items, or missing products, contact the supplier within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or refund will be issued.

Opened products

Reconstituted or opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of research compounds. Only sealed, unopened vials are eligible for return.

How to return

Returns are handled by our partner supplier. Contact them directly through the link provided in your order confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a supplier error.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the supplier receiving the returned product.
